Kim Kardashian ’s one-time starter home in Beverly Hills, California has sold for $5.12 million, sources told Dailymail.com. The Tuscan-style abode in the luxe Southern California community, which was sold by Watson Salari Group’s Marco Salari, was the location where the 43-year-old reality star resided during her short-lived 2011 marriage to NBA alum Kris Humphries.

Kardashian, who would go on to wed and split from rapper Kanye West in the years after, filed for divorce from Humphries after 72 days. Kardashian initially purchased the mansion in 2010 for an asking price of $3.4 million, and sold it in 2012 for $3.6 million, property records reviewed by the New York Post indicated.

The home recently had been placed back on the market for $5.09 million, the outlet reported. It had previously been listed for $5.5 million seven years ago. A Redfin listing on the property indicated that the home – which sold on September 6 – has five bedrooms and five-and-a-half bathrooms, and is spread over 3,878 feet.

The single-family home, which was built in 1977 and renovated in 1995, sits over 0.64 acres, according to the listing. The home has a pair of garage spaces and has an in-unit laundry section with a washing machine and dryer, the listing stated. The estate is situated in a canyon area, according to the listing, in a gated community with manicured grounds and landscaping.

The home is situated in a cul-de-sac, the Post reported. The entryway of the home is situated by a staircase and has a chandelier overhead. The center hall of the home has a two-story entry foyer, the Redfin listing stated.

The home’s living and dining rooms have French glass doors toward the exterior. A chef’s kitchen includes state-of-the art appliances with built-in features and a wall window adjacent to the home’s exterior.

The mansion features a two-way fireplace that is situated between the kitchen and a lounge and breakfast room, the listing stated. It is also situated near a theater area in the abode.

The home’s second level includes a master bedroom including a lounge area with a fireplace.

The master also features a pair of walk-in closets, according to the listing, and a bathroom featuring a large tub with an Italian tiled floor.

It includes a beauty room with salon-caliber amenities, adjacent to the master bedroom. The upstairs level features a trio of additional bedrooms, the listing stated, and a seating area with a fireplace and BBQ grill.

A pool area of the home includes a spa and fountain, with an area for sunbathing and an extended area including a gazebo and cabana. That part of the home features multiple TV sets, a bathroom and fire pit.

The outdoor area also includes a waterfall, the Post reported. The people who have owned the abode since Kardashian lived in it 13 years back have ‘opted to keep some of her furniture and decor’ the reality star had there, the Post reported.

The abode was recently sold by Jocelyn Chua Buen, who has purchased it with full furnishings, according to the Post. The home also had been featured on the family’s former E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians. Her residency at the abode had been featured on the debut episode of the show’s fifth season, titled Kim’s House Party, which initially aired in August of 2010.
