Caitlin Clark continues to be impressive in her rookie season. The Indiana Fever rookie has been the engine behind their recent success. Even after clinching a playoff berth, Clark did not hold back against the Los Angeles Sparks.
In the Fever’s win over the Sparks, Clark notched her second career triple-double. The rookie point guard finished with 24 points, ten rebounds, and ten assists to lead Indy to a win. She made four of her ten three-point attempts and added three steals to her name.
However, fans might love Clark’s reaction to the triple-double even more. In the post-game press conference, Clark emphasized the need for her and the team to put on a show for the Fever fans in attendance.

They spend a lot of money to come here and watch us and have fun with us. You want to give them a show every single time.”
That was an incredible answer from the Fever star, being cognizant of her position as the franchise player of the team and the main attraction, so to speak. Fans were praising the Fever star’s answers in the comments.
Other fans likened her response to Michael Jordan’s mentality.
Still, others pointed out that this wasn’t a new thing for Clark, as she did this even in college.
These responses only endear her more to the fans.
Clark’s second triple-double adds yet another reason to her seemingly indestructible Rookie of the Year case. Heading into the Sparks game, Clark was averaging 18.7 points, 5.6 rebounds and a league-leading 8.4 assists per game.
Clark’s triple-double came in clutch. With only a few seconds left to spare, Clark only had nine rebounds. The Fever star tracked down a missed shot from the Sparks to finish with ten boards with around 16 seconds left.
