Lauren Goodger showed off her curves in skintight black sportswear as she hit the gym in Essex on Sunday.

The reality star, 37, who has rejoined The Only Way Is Essex this series, didn’t let the sunny weather deter her from working up a sweat as she headed for a gruelling workout.

Lauren’s solo outing comes after she revealed the heartbreaking reason she hasn’t had her cosmetic surgery reversed and confessed she regrets ever going under the knife.

The TV personality, who has had a Brazilian bum lift and boob job, showed off her curvaceous figure in a skintight black high-neck vest which she teamed with lycra flares and white trainers.

The TV personality, who is mother to Larose, two, with ex Charles Drury, appeared to be making the most of time off parenting duties.

Lauren chatted away on the phone as she walked through the car park before her work out in Chigwell.

Lauren then uploaded a snap as she headed to tanning salon to go on a sunbed to top up her already bronzed tan.

The outing comes after Lauren recently revealed the heartbreaking reason she hasn’t had her cosmetic surgery reversed after admitting she wishes she could go back to her natural looks.

The reality star has always been candid about the many enhancements she has undergone including both a boob job and Brazilian bum lift.

After a breast augmentation surgery in 2013, she transformed her 34D chest size to 34E, yet while Lauren said she loved her how her breasts looked at the time, now she feels differently.

In an interview with Closer she admitted: ‘I wish I’d never had anything, I want it all out. My bum and boobs make me look bigger and cause me pain. I want to reverse it all and go back to natural.’

Yet there is one heartbreaking reason that has prevented Lauren from booking in with a surgeon to to remove her implants as she admitted she is terrified of leaving her daughter Larose.

Lauren confessed: ‘I’m always looking at surgeons and if I could, I’d get it all taken out today, but the thought of leaving Larose just gives me anxiety.’

The mother shares Larose with her ex boyfriend Charles. The couple’s second child, Lorena, tragically died in July 2022 when she was born with her umbilical cord wrapped around her neck.

Speaking about getting back to her natural look she said she wants to set a good example to Larose, as she admitted she looks like a different person in every photo of herself.

She continued: ‘When you have kids, your boobs blow up! I’ve got lumps and bumps everywhere and it feels heavy and uncomfortable…. My bum is absolutely mahoosive!’

Last year, Lauren admitted she wanted to get rid of her BBL after she described it as ‘the worst experience’ of her life.

She said she was desperate to have a ‘natural bum’ again but isn’t sure how to go about getting it as ‘there isn’t a procedure that can reverse the BBL’.

She added: ‘I’m not sure how I’m going to do that yet. I’m not sure if there is a procedure that can reverse the BBL. I’m looking into potentially getting the fat sucked out, but I don’t know if that’s an option. I’m going to speak to lots of different surgeons and figure out my options.’

Meanwhile the star is also no stranger to lip filler but admitted after this series of TOWIE finishes she is going to have her lips dissolved.

In February 2023 she underwent the same ‘butterfly effect’ filler technique as Katie Price as she showed off her new pout.

She explained at the time: ‘I’ve just had the butterfly effect lip fillers by Lift Aesthetics, I’ve got the tape on at the minute so I’m talking really weird.

‘I’m very swollen but literally a new technique, it’s so amazing and I can’t wait to see the results.’

Lauren revealed that if Larose ever wants to go down the same route of cosmetic surgery she will talk her out of it as your body and face is constantly changing with age.
