WATCH: Georgia Amoore, Saniya Rivers and more bring wholesome vibes to Kelsey Plum’s Dawg Class with Puppy Pilates

Kelsey Plum’s Dawg Class got a little bit more wholesome with Puppy Pilates. College and newly minted WNBA stars like Kate Martin, Georgia Amoore, Nika Muhl, and others brought the vibe to the preparatory classes for pro transition. Snippets of the day have surfaced on social media with little puppies interrupting training and immediately spreading positivity.

Plum started the Dawg Classes when she found it difficult to adjust to pro-life after a stellar college career. Now the WNBA star helps college seniors and new pro players to navigate the change. And it looks like she has some unconventional methods to go about the business.

Here are the visuals of the players in a wholesome moment with puppy pilates at Kelsey Plum’s Dawg Class.

The class can be seen lying down and concentrating when suddenly little puppies walk up to them. The players immediately picked them up and the mood of the intense training instantly became lighter. The classes have been supported by ‘Under Armor’ but never has the word ‘Dawg’ taken a whole different turn.

Recently, Kelsey Plum talked about the roster for upcoming classes on X (formerly Twitter), noting the absence of key players. She mentioned some needing rest before the season, while others had prior commitments.

Kelsey Plum lifted the lid on trash-talking in the WNBA

Back in March before the NCAA tournament began, Kelsey Plum had a discussion about thrash talking in the WNBA and other women’s leagues. The main point of discussion was the April 2023 incident in the NCAA national championship game between Iowa and LSU which saw some trash-talking between Caitlin Clark and Angel Reese. For the defending WNBA champion, the trash-talking is personal.

“You should see some of the things that people say on W Games. Like, I don’t even know if they would ever mic us up, but we talk like y’all talk. There’s no difference. It might even be cattier. It’s probably more personal, too,” she said on ‘All The Smoke’ podcast.

Clark and Reese are now both a part of the WNBA. While the former Iowa star became the first overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft and went to the Indiana Fever, Reese went to Chicago Sky as the seventh overall pick.
