Taylor Swift has become the biggest topic in the NFL and has easily brought millions of eyes to the sport of people who would otherwise never tune in if it wasn’t for her budding relationship with Travis Kelce.

The couple went public earlier this season when she shocked everybody by showing up at Arrowhead Stadium for a Chiefs-Bears game.

Swift, who was recently named the TIME Person of the Year, opened up about the relationship.
“This all started when Travis very adorably put me on blast on his podcast, which I thought was metal as hell,” Swift recalled. (For those wondering, “metal as hell” essentially means hard-core.) “We started hanging out right after that. So we actually had a significant amount of time that no one knew, which I’m grateful for, because we got to get to know each other. By the time I went to that first game, we were a couple.”

“I think some people think that they saw our first date at that game. We would never be psychotic enough to hard launch a first date,” Swift added.
She has since been seen at multiple games and out with Kelce, who has also addressed his relationship with Swift on his podcast New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, co-hosted by his brother Jason.

With so much attention directed to her, it makes you wonder how the other NFL wives and girlfriends feel about the mania.

According to Erin Andrews, one unnamed NFL wife/girlfriend made it clear that the others are loving it.
“We love it, because that’s a man, and she’s with a man,” the anonymous source said of Swift dating Kelce.

In the past, Swift has had boyfriends who have stayed away from the spotlight. Kelce has a much different personality and plus he is an all-time tight end playing on a Super Bowl contender.

Swift has been to five games in total, one in October becoming the most-watched Sunday game since the Super Bowl.

Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs were defeated for the first time with Taylor Swift in attendance on Sunday night when the team fell to the Green Bay Packers 27-19 while the beloved pop icon cheered in a stadium suite at Lambeau Field.
