Caitlin Clark’s Boyfriend Had One-Word Reaction to Fever Star’s New Year’s Message
Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark received an outpour of heartfelt messages after she highlighted her best moments of 2024. However, one comment stood out to fans the most.
Ringing in 2025, the WNBA standout shared a recap of her 2024 journey, reflecting on both her personal milestones and career achievements.
Clark’s Instagram post featured 20 photos, which she called her “fave moments from the best year.”
Among them was a shot of her holding a trophy after being named WNBA Rookie of the Year, as well as a photo of her celebrating her recognition as Time Magazine’s 2024 Athlete of the Year.
Alongside this, the Fever guard shared her standout fashion moments from the WNBA season, as well as photos with fellow athletes like NFL star George Kittle and his wife Claire Kittle, Fever teammate Aaliyah Boston, and of course a sweet snap with her boyfriend Connor McCaffery.
In the comment section, Clark received messages from friends and fans raving about her incredible achievements and inspiring journey throughout the year.
“Only going up from here!!!,” Kristin Juszczyk wrote.
“Best year ever,” Los Angeles Sparks’ Cameron Brink added.
The Kittle couple also left comments, with the NFL star writing, “Great days ahead!!” and his wife Claire adding, “The best.”
While some left personal congratulatory notes on her major milestones, Clark’s boyfriend also shared a short yet meaningful comment on her year-end recap, adding a special touch to the post.
“Queen,” McCaffery commented, a simple yet powerful gesture that quickly garnered over 300 likes and counting from fans.

The WNBA star has been dating McCaffery since 2023 after they met at the University of Iowa, where they both played basketball.
