It’s official — Offset is confirmed to be the father of Cardi B‘s third child!

As Perezcious readers know, the rapper announced she’s pregnant with her third child just hours after filing for divorce from her husband amid cheating allegations! Sources insisted the pregnancy had nothing to do with the breakup. But until now we weren’t sure Offset was the daddy either! Now, thanks to divorce docs obtained by TMZ on Friday, it’s been confirmed that the Migos alum is the father of the new baby. They also share kids Kulture and Wave, so he’ll be the father of all her kids.

Per the court papers, Cardi not only explains that the pair are expecting another child together, but she wants the Bad and Boujee artist to cough up child support — even though she’s seeking primary custody of all the kids!

As for why they are breaking up, she cited the classic irreconcilable differences as the cause of the divorce, insisting there’s no hope of them fixing things. (She’s walked back on a divorce in the past, but her friends are hoping she’ll stick to it this time, by the way.)

Lastly, the Bodak Yellow vocalist wants all the personal property acquired during their marriage to be split up equitably. There’s no mention of a prenup either, but that doesn’t necessarily mean they don’t have one. If they don’t have any kind of agreement in place, this could turn into a real battle. Fortunately, sources have claimed the separation was “amicable,” so we hope that means this legal battle won’t be too complicated — especially since they’re doing this all while expanding the family!
