In the footage shared by Charlamagne, Cardi B can be seen making a surprise entrance with a microphone in hand, ready to wish the birthday girl a happy Sweet 16.

“I came through to pick up a plate and say happy Sweet 16, we gonna turn up!” Cardi B exclaimed, much to the delight of the guests. Her presence at the event was a testament to her genuine spirit and willingness to make fans’ dreams come true.
