Bedard in the fishbowl

The PHWA’s journalist Tab Bamford has reported that Connor Bedard’s injury status has changed with Team Canada at the IIHF World Championships.

At the IIHF teams have been competing in exhibition play until the tournament officially began. The tournament kickstarted on the 10th today, with Team Canada playing on May 11th.

Team Canada will compete against Great Britain on the 11th, in Czechia and Bedard will look different.

Because Bedard finally removed the fishbowl which made sure Bedard continued to heal successfully.

That likely means he is fully healed and ready to go against the British.

The Blackhawks Bedard had a blockbuster season in the 2023-2024 NHL regular season scoring 61 points( 22 G, 39 A) and is in the running for the Calder Trophy.
