Miami Dolphins superstar wide receiver Tyreek Hill wants his team to add another big-named veteran to an already prolific offense.

The Dolphins finished with the No. 2 scoring offense in the 2023 season, averaging 29.2 points per game. Hill was a key reason behind that success, leading the league in receiving (1,799) while tallying 119 receptions that matched his personal best.

On Wednesday evening, Hill took to X/Twitter and pitched the idea of his Dolphins signing former New Orleans Saints superstar wideout Michael Thomas, who was officially let go by the NFC South club once the new league year commenced:

Thomas was on a Hall of Fame trajectory early in his career, earning three Pro Bowl nods and winning 2019 Offensive Player of the Year honors after tallying 149 receptions, which stands as a single season record.

But injuries unfortunately derailed Thomas’ tenure in The Big Easy. He missed the entire 2021 season with an ankle injury and was limited to 20 games combined for the 2020, 2022 and 2023 campaigns.

Thomas’ career accolades and production when healthy still make him an intriguing name on the free agent market. With the free agent WR pool quickly drying up, Thomas could attract considerable interest.

And if Hill gets his wish, he and fellow superstar wideout Jaylen Waddle will get to team up with the three-time Pro Bowler.
