Earlier this month, the 26-year-old conservative influencer dropped bombshell claims on X (Twitter) that Elon Musk is the father of her 5-month-old son and that he urged her to keep it a secret from the world. She later criticized the tech mogul for not publicly acknowledging his alleged paternity, and detailed their relationship timeline in an interview with the New York Post.
It’s now been well over a week since Ashley came forward with the information, and Elon has yet to publicly respond… So she’s taking her strategy in a different direction… One that leads to litigation!
On Friday, the conservative commentator filed a lawsuit against the Tesla founder petitioning for full custody of their child, whose full name has not been publicly revealed but first initial is “R.” In her petition, which was obtained by multiple outlets, Ashley claims she first began dating Elon in May 2023 before eventually having sex with him in early January 2024, when according to her, the child was conceived. She notes she’s confident Elon is the father because she “did not have sexual intercourse with any other male during the time the child was conceived.”
The young woman also asked the court to order the SpaceX founder to undergo genetic testing to confirm his paternity. And to really offer clear evidence that Elon IS the father — and that he’s even acknowledged it in the past — she included text exchanges wherein he talks about “looking forward” to seeing her and the child, and impregnating her “again.” In one exchange from September of last year, Ashley sent Elon a photo of herself holding the child after giving birth. He asks her if all is “well,” and she responds, “He is perfect.” Elon the writes back:
“I look forward to seeing you and him this weekend.”
In another message from November 2024, Elon tells her, “I want to knock you up again.” And in February of this year, he tells her, “Well, we do have a legion of kids to make.” In another exchange, the billionaire expresses concern for his safety after the Donald Trump assassination attempt and tells Ashley:
“If I make a mistake on security, [R] will never know his father.”
In additional filings, Ashley claims Elon has only met the child on three occasions: once for two hours on September 21, then once again the following day for one hour. The third and final time allegedly took place on November 30 for 30 minutes in Austin, Texas. She claims in her filings she is the only one who cares for the child, who does not have Musk’s last name:
“I am the only parent to make decisions for R.S.C. I schedule and take him to all his medical appointments. I am the only parent who cares for him on a daily basis. I feed him, bathe him and ensure that all his physical and emotional needs are met.”
She adds:
“Respondent has never asked to see our child on any other occasion, he has never communicated to me about our child without my prompting, he has never asked for photos of our child or checked in after doctor’s appointments.”
That’s really sad… Poor girl! And poor kid!
“At this time,” Ashley notes she’s not seeking child support but did request a temporary order of support be made “for the child,” which if confirmed to be his, marks Elon’s 13th.
