One team is getting ready for the playoffs while the other just wants to win on the road before its season ends.

The Dallas Wings will try to stop their 15-game road losing streak when they head to Indiana to play Caitlin Clark, Alliyah Boston and the Fever at 3 p.m. EDT Sunday.

Sunday’s game will be the third meeting this season between the two teams. The Fever won the last matchup 100-93. Indiana is 11-8 at home and Dallas is 2-16 on the road.

The Dallas Wings (9-29, 6-13 Western Conference) are led offensively by Natasha Howard who is averaging 17.4 points and 6.6 rebounds.

Clark is entering off another strong week, averaging 25 points, 10 assists and 7.7 rebounds for the Fever (19-19, 11-8 Eastern Conference), who have won six of their last nine games.

She set the WNBA’s single-season record for assists Friday night in a 78-74 loss to the Las Vegas Aces. In that game, she finished with 18 points — all in the second half — nine assists and eight rebounds.

Clark is up to 321 assists in her first year in the WNBA, breaking the mark of 316 set last season by Alyssa Thomas of the Connecticut Sun.

After today, the Fever (19-19) have one game left in the regular season, against Washington on Thursday.

Indiana trails Seattle by 1 1/2 games for the fifth seed and lead Phoenix by two games.

Boston is the team’s other offensive star, averaging 14.1 points, 9.1 rebounds and 3.1 assists.
