The Eagles’ season is over after losing 32-9 to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in the wild-card round of the NFL playoffs.

Despite how the regular season ended, the team still had a shot to correct everything that went wrong while on the road, but those previous problems were still there.

Things were much worse than we previously thought as an embarrassing video of a Philadelphia Eagles player started to circulate from that Monday night game.

Former Georgia star pass rusher Nolan Smith could be seen not attempting to tackle Buccaneers wide receiver Trey Palmer to the ground but rather trying to stick his foot out and trip him. He missed.

Trey Palmer had two catches on the night for 56 yards and a touchdown. That rushing play ended up being run for nine yards.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers will face the Detroit Lions in the divisional round next Sunday at Ford Field after beating the Eagles, 32-9.

It was a disappointing finish for the Eagles, which lost to Kansas City in last year’s Super Bowl. Philadelphia closes the season going 1-6 after they initially started 10-1.

Now the team heads into the offseason with more questions than answers.
