Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark (22) reacts after a foul was called...

Caitlin Clark, this season’s WNBA Rookie of the Year, had perhaps the best rookie campaign in history as her rookie season with the Indiana Fever was nothing short of extraordinary. She led the entire WNBA in assists per game (8.4), set the record for most assists in a season with 337, and holds the single-game assist record with 19. Clark dominated in three-pointers, making 122 to move into second all-time for most three-pointers made in a season, just behind Sabrina Ionescu’s 128. She now holds the record for most three-pointers made by a rookie in WNBA history. Among rookies, Clark led in nearly every statistical category this season: points, assists, three-pointers, field goals and steals, while also becoming the first rookie to record a triple-double, doing it twice.

Caitlin Clark terrible Taylor Swift interpretation

A video of this year’s WNBA Rookie of the Year, Caitlin Clark, has gone viral. Clark does her worst Taylor Swift impression with the song ‘enchanted‘. No doubt Clark’s forte is not karaoke, but she does her best and leaves her teammate speechless. It seems that the video was put out again by some Swiftie who is also a fan of Clark, I think they wanted to throw some hate at Angel Reese for the last episode of her podcast with Kayla Nicole, the youtuber ex-girlfriend of Travis Kelce, whom Reese asked several questions about her relationship with Kelce, looking for answers that would upset the Swifites who defend their idol Taylor to the death.

Nicole and Kelce broke up almost three years ago, so Reese’s questions about their relationship seem a bit over the top to me. As for Clark, who is a big fan of Taylor Swift and her relationship with Travis, no doubt her performance with the microphone is not the best, but that’s why she’s the most outstanding prospect for the future of the WNBA at 22 years old and not a pop singer, but it’s clear that she likes to sing and enjoys it.

WNBA Finals

The WNBA Finals continue tomorrow at 3pm EST with Game 2 between the best team in the regular season, the New York Liberty, and the winners of Game 1, the Minnesota Lynx. The end of Game 1 was epic as the Lynx came from behind to win in overtime after trailing by 15 in the final quarter. Minnesota rallied from 18 points down in the first half, and Napheesa Collier’s turnaround jumper with 8.8 seconds left in overtime gave them the win over the New York Liberty on Thursday night. So I expect a similar story tomorrow and I dare say the Liberty will win and cover the -7.5 spread line available at most casinos.
