Jason Kelce is raving about his experience working with Stevie Nicks on his upcoming Christmas  album!

During the Wednesday, Oct. 30, episode of the New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce podcast, Jason, 36, spoke about his “unreal” time recording a duet with Nicks, 76, for his annual Philadelphia-themed holiday album, A Philly Special Christmas Party.

“You got to work with Stevie Knicks!” Jason’s brother and co-host Travis Kelce noted while discussing the project.

“Yeah baby. The legendary Stevie Nicks came on and did a duet with me,” responded Jason. “Which in itself is, like, pretty crazy to actually be on a track with Stevie Nicks. I mean, absolutely unreal.”

“[She’s] probably the most legendary female singer, especially of her generation … [and so] the fact that I’m singing with her this legend, is pretty unreal,” the retired NFL star added.

“And isn’t she just the best in person too?” Travis, 35, commented about the singer.

Jason agreed, describing Nicks as “one of the nicest people I’ve ever talked to” with an “absolutely beautiful personality.”

“You could tell she loves people, she loves music, she loves the art of making music. [She] brought a breath of fresh air into the recording studio,” he shared.

Jason’s comments on duetting with Nicks come after he hinted at working with the singer on his holiday album in an Instagram post on Oct. 2.

“The crossover we didn’t know we needed,” the caption read, alongside a photo of Jason and Nicks posing in a recording studio together. “Coming soon to a Christmas album near you 👀🎄.”

Speaking further about their holiday duet, Jason said on the podcast, “We were able to actually get in the studio at the same time, which is really hard. We’re adding a lot of the big-time artists who … a lot of times they come on but they can’t come into the studio because they’re busy.”

“We were able to get Stevie in the studio, actually sing together, which I’ll be able to cherish that memory for the rest of my lifetime,” he added.

Jason is set to release his third annual Christmas album, A Philly Special Christmas Party, with his former teammates Jordan Mailata and Lane Johnson on Nov. 22, with all proceeds going to Philadelphia-based charities.

The holiday project includes some special celebrity features — including a track with brother Travis paying homage to their Ohio roots — a snippet of which was revealed in a sneak peak clip on Instagram on Tuesday, Oct 29.

“Wandering the streets of my hometown, must have been years since I’ve been home,” the Kansas City Chiefs tight end sings before both his and Jason’s vocals come together to sing, “In Cleveland Heights.”
