With 11 minutes left in the fourth quarter, after Butler tried to grab a rebound, Pelicans star Zion Williamson stole the ball back in the paint and was fouled on a missed shot by Heat forward Kevin Love.

Marshall quickly approached the scene and lightly pushed Love.

That didn’t sit well with Butler, who eventually went face-to-face with Marshall.

Once Butler touched and grabbed Marshall’s upper-body region, the Pelicans player put his hand around the Heat player’s neck.

Both team’s coaches and players stepped in and blocked the two from getting into it even more.

NBA fans were astonished by the sequence, with one writing, “That’s nasty.”

Another wrote, “Most entertaining game all year.”

While a third said, “NBA is the new WWE.”

The mayhem wasn’t done.

Both of the team’s players and coaches ended up on center court.

Miami would go on to beat New Orleans 106-95.

Butler finished with 23 points, nine rebounds, seven assists, and three steals in 27 minutes.
