Suni Lee gave herself a mini round of applause after striking her last pose in her floor routine. The 21-year-old stuck all of her tumbling passes and displayed effortless lines throughout the classical routine, scoring a 13.533.

Does Laurie Hernandez have FOMO? She joked about coming out of retirement for the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games in a funny Instagram story.
“LA 2028?” Hernandez captioned one photo. She then followed it up with another post that read “nahhhh hahahah” with a headset on to give commentary on today’s events, dismissing the idea.

NBC Olympics’ X account shared a video of Simone Biles, in her patriotic leotard, ready to compete, relaying a heartfelt message to fans just minutes before the final.
“Hey y’all,I just want to say thanks for all the support and love leading up to this event and for the continued support I’ll receive throughout this Olympics. I truly could not have got here without y’all. I love you all so much, and I’m so excited to compete. Let’s get it done, and go USA!” Biles said, ending the video by blowing a kiss.
Jordan Chile’s whole family is in the house, as well as Suni Lee’s siblings.
Biles’ NFL hubby Johnathan Owens in Paris to cheer her on
Simone Biles’ NFL player husband Johnathan Owens shared a video earlier today, saying that after a “slight delay” he was on his way to Paris to support her.
There was “a slight delay, but we’re good, on the way,” the Chicago Bears player said. “Can’t wait to get there.”
Owens was later spotted outside the venue in a “BILES” t-shirt with her pictures on it, saying he was “so excited to cheer her on.”

Simone Biles’ Olympic journey continues despite a calf injury.
The seven-time Olympic medalist is in the lineup for all four events (beam, vault, uneven bars and floor) in Tuesday’s gymnastic team final after tweaking her lower leg during warm-ups in the qualifying round Sunday.
The 27-year-old Biles had her leg taped inside Bercy Arena before returning to the competition to put up top marks on the floor (14.600) and vault (15.300), ultimately posting the highest all-around score of 59.566.
