Khloe Kardashian has been enjoying some time in the sun and took to Instagram to share a bikini snap with fans, but some people became concerned for her wellbeing

In the picture, she was seen lying down on a towel as she wore nothing but a white bikini top. Khloe’s post worried her fans as many were convinced her lips look “painful”, with some even suggesting she’s had new plastic surgery.

“Her lips always look crazy & painful.. I dont understand how she thinks it looks good,” one person wrote on a Kardashian Reddit fan page. Another agreed: “Her lips look painful.”

A third person slammed: “Her & Kylie’s lips look so deformed, especially when the filters slip. Muppet mouthpieces,” while someone else posted a video of cartoon lips being injected with filler.

Khloe also shared a warning to fans to stay safe in the heat on her Instagram Stories. She posted two pictures as she watched TV with her son Tatum Thompson. One slide had the warning: “Don’t forget a sun hat.”

While some fans were concerned with Khloe’s latest post, others couldn’t stop complimenting the star. “Seeing your gorgeous face on my feed is my favorite thing,” one fan said.

“It’s getting hotter in here or KoKo just posted a picture???” another joked. A third person commented: “You remain the hottest though!”

Khloe’s bikini picture comes after some fans speculated she’s had work done on her nose. The Good American founder recently took to social media to share pictures of a fan she met through Make-A-Wish America.

One fan shared the pictures on Reddit and pointed to Khloe’s side profile, writing: “Just saw Khloe’s new post and the nose looks so pointy.” Another asked: “Did she get another nose job?”

Someone else agreed: “The first thing I thought when I saw the picture: IS THAT A NEW NOSE?!” while another person suggested: “Looks like she added a small implant to the tip of her nose.”
