The first photo showed Kylie, 26, roughly six years ago, in an ad to show off her nude lip kit at the time.

The throwback photo showed the Hulu star from the side, smiling subtly with her long, dark hair slicked to her face.

Kylie appeared to have a more full face and a much less defined jawline than the photo it was placed next to, which was a recent ad for Kylie Cosmetics.

In the new ad to promote her beauty brand’s lipliners, Kylie looked completely different with a seemingly altered nose, lips, brow bone, and jawline.

Kylie’s chiseled jaw was noticeably more prominent in the new photo, which caused some critics to give their opinions on her look.

Taking to Reddit, one person believed she “aged herself 20 years in just 6 years,” asking: “Does anyone know what she did and why she looks so different?”

Others chimed in, with one clarifying: “It’s the sharp jaw.”

“And the brow lift. To me it’s the combo that ages her,” a second added, while a third replied: “Ahh yes / eyes are so sunken now…, sad.”

“Her jawline is craaaaaazy different,” a fourth noted.

A fifth theorized: “That lip looks pulled TIGHT like she got a lip flip and then continued with the filler.”

“I think she had a lot of jaw work done/jawline filler,” a sixth said, while another added: “That jaw/chin is a disaster. when edited to look softer like before, it looks so much better.”

Kylie is no stranger to receiving criticism for her features, especially when it comes to the bottom half of her face.

Earlier this week, fans voiced their shock after noticing an unusual detail when she posed in resurfaced photos from a luxury fashion show in Paris, France.

For the fashion event, the Hulu star wore a skintight cream dress with an attached cape, adding more glamor with long nails and statement earrings.

However, the photos from the day left her chin on display and unedited, and fans of the Kardashians spotted suspicious dimpling in the area.

On Reddit, one person said: “It looks like silly putty. It’s not normal or natural. It’s NOT acne. Wtf is up??”

A second theorized: “It looks like a muscle issue maybe from rounds of jaw botox. Plus I think she still has a solid amount of filler left and it looks like a chin implant in there too, what a mess.”

“I think you’re right about the badly placed botox. Happened to me once. I don’t think it’s an implant.

“It looks lumpy because some of the muscles are more frozen than others. So they’re working overtime while the rest is dead. I bet they hit a nerve when they were doing her marionette lines,” suggested a third.

While Kylie’s face is under inspection, fans have new concerns about her body after a diss rap, Backr00ms, from Travis Scott, 32 – with whom Kylie shares two children – was released on Monday.

In the video, Travis raps: “She doin’ Ozempic, tryna be different, tryna be a new woman. That s**t look iffy, need her thick, needed her to move somethin’. Like it prove somethin’, just don’t you remove nothin’.”

Fans quickly linked the lyrics about weight loss drug Ozempic to his ex Kylie after her recent drastic change in size.
