Nikita Kucherov is continuing to build on his Hall of Fame career.
Tampa Bay Lightning superstar Nikita Kucherov had a truly remarkable 2023-24 regular season. In 81 games, the 30-year-old had 44 goals and became the first winger in NHL history to hit 100 assists.
Kucherov’s outstanding play in the regular season is translating to the playoffs, as he has been magnificent for the Bolts. In four postseason games, he has six assists. Along with that, he had a three-assist night in Game 4 against the Florida Panthers.

Kucherov joined some elite company with his dominant Game 4 performance, as he became the fifth player to have 10 career three-assist playoff games. The only other players to achieve this are legends Wayne Gretzky, Mark Messier, Paul Coffey, and Doug Gilmour.
Kucherov keeps achieving major milestones, and this is only the latest he has added to his collection this season. We will now need to wait and see if he can continue his torrid play and help the Lightning get right back into their series against the Panthers from here.
