Most recently former NBA star and newly-turned-analyst, Paul Pierce expressed his views on Curry. He claimed that the Dubs star has more influence on the game compared to some big names in history.

The former Celtics star Paul Pierce has recently dropped a bold statement about the Warriors ace Stephen Curry. It was recently announced that Paul Pierce would be joining popular analyst Skip Bayless on the “Undisputed.” His latest statements came on the same show where Bayless and Pierce were discussing the baby-faced assassin’s influence.

“Steph’s influence on the game has been greater than LeBron James, Michael Jordan, and Kobe Bryant… I watched the Celtics game last night and I think the first 10 shots were three-pointers… All the kids around America think now that they can be Steph,” said Peirce. He highlighted the influence of the Warriors star on the younger generation and how many kids revere him as their icon. This fell in line with LeBron James’ recent statements about Stephen Curry which revealed the same.

LeBron James recently announced his new podcast alongside the former NBA star JJ Redick. On their very first episode, they discussed a lot of things related to the NBA and its stars. Stephen Curry was one of the topics of their conversation and the Lakers star shared his insight on Curry’s influence.

He named Curry as one of the biggest influencers in the NBA alongside Allen Iverson in recent years. “When it comes to influence since I’ve been watching the game… Steph and Allen Iverson are the two biggest influential guys in our game since I’ve been watching and covering it,” said James.

He highlighted that Curry has been a role model for many kids around the world who see him as an achievable dream. Curry and Iverson are two players who have had a great career despite not having extraordinary physical builds. This made them a role model for the majority of kids in the younger generation who don’t have special physical attributes.
