CRISTIANO RONALDO has said he is open to an acting career when he retires from football – but Barcelona rival Neymar looks to have got the ball rolling already.

The Brazilian superstar has appeared in the new trailer for “XXX: Return of Xander Cage” alongside star of the famous franchise Vin Diesel.

Neymar appears to be playing himself in the film alongside the American muscleman, but it looks to be no more than a cameo role as Cage comes out of exile to fight evil.

Diesel had previously revealed last month on his Instagram page that he would be working with the forward – and looked very excited at the prospect.

But Neymar, 24, has more pressing matters on his mind as he leads home Brazil at this summer’s Olympics on his home soil as they bid for a first gold medal in Olympic football.

He was spotted training yesterday as Brazil coach Rogerio Micale admitted he will be dependant on “super motivated” Neymar to try and bring home gold.

Micale said: “My impression was better than I expected. He’s super motivated. He knows the importance of winning. He wants to help, and has shown what a great player he is,” he told a news conference.
“We will do what we can to make Neymar feel good. He represents what is the best of Brazilian football.
“I want to be dependant on Neymar. What coach would not want him on their team?
“I always want him with me. We have to create a team, but the importance of the individual factor is also crucial.”
