PETA is already well aware of anything that goes on surrounding wildlife around the world and they may have Patrick Mahomes in their sights.
Patrick Mahomes is best known for his throwing skills on the field, but it looks like he has a ay with fishing and he seems pretty good at making catches.
The Chiefs quarterback’s wife Brittany shared a hilarious picture on her Instagram story on Thursday that showed Patrick Mahomes holding his three-year-old daughter Sterling while also holding a huge catfish that he appeared to have caught.
Sterling looked like she wanted nothing to do with that fish and how big it was.
‘Ster not a fan of a fish the same size as her,’ Brittany wrote, alongside a crying-with-laughter emoji.
PETA is known for getting outrageously upset at anybody for doing anything remotely bad to an animal or wildlife no matter how common it is.
Patrick Mahomes and his family might be enjoying the offseason together but it can quickly turn bad if PETA decides to reach out about his behavior.
In the meantime, Patrick will continue enjoying his offseason after he led the Kansas City Chiefs to their second straight Super Bowl after the team defeated the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

Back in July of 2023, Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes, got in some deep trouble with PETA when she shared a photo from her vacation, where she was playing with a dolphin during a swim.
PETA had something to say on the matter.
“We know you love companion animals, but we hope to see you extend your compassion to marine life too.” PETA wrote in a long comment under Mahomes’ Instagram where she posted the photo, via FoxSports.com.
“In the ocean, dolphins swim up to 60 miles each day, but when used for entertainment, they’re confined to small tanks or pools. Many dolphins develop painful conditions, such as stomach ulcers, and some die prematurely from the stress conditions of extreme captivity. Not to mention, many illnesses can be passed from dolphins to human visitors including viral, fungal and bacterial infections such as salmonella.
“These types of interactions are dangerous for them AND us.”
Mahomes isn’t one to shy away from public scrutiny, which has been the case in recent years, but she chose not to respond back as it would’ve only allowed the controversy to go on for even longer.
