Plastic surgeons offer expert analysis of Kylie Jenner's VERY dramatic transformation - detailing the OTHER procedures they believe she may have had after she finally confessed to getting a boob job at 19

A world-renowned plastic surgeon is exposing the secret procedures that he believes that Kylie Jenner may have undergone – after she finally confessed to having breast augmentation surgery.

Kylie, 25, confirmed on the latest episode of The Kardashians that she went under the knife at the tender age of 19, but said that she regrets altering her ‘beautiful breasts’ during a conversation with her best friend Anastasia ‘Stassie’ Karanikolaou.

Now, several experts have offered up their professional analysis of the star’s changing shape – with many admitting they believe the mother-of-two could well have had work done on her lips, cheeks, nose, and even her derriere.

Fans had speculated for years that Kylie had undergone a boob job, as well as several other procedures, but the reality TV star had always denied it.

However, she has finally decided to come clean and revealed she had plastic surgery before giving birth to her first child, Stormi, in February 2017.

Kylie Jenner insists that she’s only gotten fillers

‘You know I got my breasts done before Stormi. Within six months of like having Stormi, not thinking I would like have a child when I was 20, like they were still healing,’ she said to her BFF.

‘I had beautiful breasts, like natural t*ts, just gorgeous, like perfect size, perfect everything, and I just wished, obviously, I never got them done to begin with,’ she added to Stassie.

World renowned plastic surgeon Rod J. Rohrich claimed that in his profession opinion, Kylie has ‘definitely’ had various other procedures, including chin augmentation and potentially buttock fat augmentation as well.

He also noted that her lip fillers are ‘quite obvious’ – although the star has previously confessed to having her pout enhanced over the years.

Speaking exclusively to DailyMail.com, Dr. Rohrich alleged: ‘I think Kylie has had quite good plastic surgery as it’s not overdone, especially her rhinoplasty and facial fillers.

‘However, her lip fillers are quite obvious but she has admitted to having some lip filler removed recently as well. I give her credit for being more open and forthright about plastic surgery since she doesn’t want her children to think less of her.

‘Overall, Kylie is a beautiful woman already and the key is to not overdo cosmetic surgery, as we see so often in Hollywood. She is recognizing this early on, which is good.’

Referring to her famous family, who have also been accused of having various procedures to alter their appearances, Dr. Rohrich added: ‘I hope her sisters can take a lesson from her, such as Kim Kardashian, who states she has not had any plastic surgery, just Botox. Of course, that is not true!

‘I think it would serve the Kardashian clan better as global influencers to be more upfront and honest as so many young woman look up to them as role models so they should do their part as well,’ he urged.

Dr. Tabasum Mir, a New York City-based facial and body cosmetic surgeon with nearly 20 years of experience, has also weighed in on Kylie’s ‘remarkable transformation’ and pointed out other ‘noticeable changes’ in her appearance.

Speaking to DailyMail.com. Dr. Mir – who has never treated Kylie – said it ‘seems very likely that she has had a BBL and rhinoplasty’.

‘I’m sure there is more,’ she claimed. ‘Despite her butt having reduced in size due to weight loss, her overall body shape has undergone a remarkable transformation.

‘Over the years, a noticeable transformation in the shape and size of her hips and buttocks has been observed, revealing a smaller waist and a more accentuated buttock

‘This remarkable change might have been achieved through a Brazilian Butt Lift or Buttock Implants procedure. The Brazilian Butt Lift combines artful body contouring and liposuction, utilizing extracted fat to enhance the buttocks, resulting in improved shape and a lifted appearance.’

Dr. Mir added: ‘Upon comparing photos of her from 2011 to the present, noticeable changes in her nose become apparent, such as a narrower, shorter, and more contoured appearance. These transformations potentially indicate the possibility of one or two surgical rhinoplasty procedures.’

Just last week, Kylie denied having surgery in order to change her whole face during a previous episode of The Kardashians.

‘One of the biggest misconceptions about me is that I was this insecure child and I got so much surgery to change my whole face, which is false,’ she said during a chat with her sisters Khloé and Kourtney Kardashian about their influence on societal beauty standards.

Expert thoughts: One surgeon claimed ‘the overall shape and harmony’ of Kylie’s face (seen in May 2023) has changed

‘I’ve only gotten fillers. I don’t want that to be part of my story,’ she continued before adding that she’s always been ‘the most confident kid in the room’.

However, Dr. Brian Basiri-Tehrani of Pearlman Aesthetic Surgery told DailyMail.com that he believes she has made many more tweaks that, over time, have added up ‘to make a dramatic change’.

‘Beyond lip filler, the overall shape and harmony of her face also changed over the years,’ he explained. ‘Her eyebrows and cheek bones look higher, leading to a more contoured face that resembles the prototypical “Kardashian” face.

‘Her nose also appeared to look slightly smaller and more refined, leading to a subtle but noticeable change. It is possible she had a rhinoplasty.

‘All these small changes over time add up to make a dramatic change. Over the years her body shape has also changed, becoming curvier. One explanation is she had a Brazilian Butt Lift or BBL, which is a procedure where liposuction is done in one area (typically the abdominal and waist area) with fat transferred to her buttocks and hips.

‘Her waist slimmed down while her hips simultaneously increased in size, which is what you would expect after a BBL,’ Dr. Basiri-Tehrani pointed out.

Discussing whether or not he thinks 19 is too young for Kylie to have had a boob job, he said: ‘I think it just depends on the conversation she had with her plastic surgeon at the time. Communication is key.

‘Getting breast implants (or a nose job, or any plastic surgery in general) at a young age is safe and acceptable as long as the patient is physically and emotionally ready. This also means the patient truly understands the risks, benefits, and alternatives to having surgery.

‘One thing to keep in mind is that if you are between the age of 18 and 22 years old, you can only get saline breast implants. Silicone breast implants are FDA approved for patients 22 years old or older, whereas saline implants are FDA approved for patients 18 years old or older. Kylie probably had saline implants placed if she had surgery in the US,’ Dr. Basiri-Tehrani continued.

‘In Kylie’s case, her recovery was probably a little different than most people since she got pregnant six months after surgery. With pregnancy, high levels of hormones make the breasts bigger, making the recovery after breast surgery more challenging.

‘History has shown that Kylie initially denies plastic surgery, but eventually opens up about it later. Perhaps she will eventually talk about other procedures she has done in the past when she is more comfortable and ready.

‘The bottom line is whether you are an 18 year old considering a nose job or breast implants for the first time or a 58 year old seeking a facelift, being physically and emotionally ready is paramount.’
