Rapper Blueface is arrested IN COURT and 'taken into police custody' for alleged Las Vegas robbery /d

American rapper Blueface was arrested in court and taken into police custody for his alleged involvement in a Las Vegas robbery on Wednesday.

During a preliminary hearing for his attempted murder charges, the Holy Moly hitmaker, 26, was ‘taken into police custody’ and ‘charged with a felony,’ according to TMZ.

In November, the Los Angeles native was arrested for investigation of attempted murder in Sin City, in connection with a shooting in October, outside the Euphoric Gentlemen’s Club.

The performer (born Johnathan Jamall Porter) was taken into custody outside of Lo-Lo’s Chicken & Waffles in an apparent undercover operation.

At the time, eyewitnesses observed between six to eight officers were in unmarked vehicles and conducted the arrest.

The rapper’s girlfriend Chrisean Rock was with Blueface when he was arrested.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department released the following statement: ‘On November 15, 2022 at approximately 2:40 p.m., LVMPD detectives arrested 25-year-old Johnathan Porter on charges stemming from a shooting that took place on October 8, 2022 in the 6300 block of Windy Road.’

The statement added that Porter would also be booked into the Clark County Detention Center on warrants for attempted murder with a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm at/into an occupied structure.

Blueface scored his most successful single with a remix of his song Thotiana featuring Cardi B and YG that peaked at number eight on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

He released his debut studio album Find The Beat in 2019.

Blueface was born in Los Angeles and played football for Arleta High School in the San Fernando Valley area.

He started rapping in January 2017 under the stage name Blueface Bleedem, a reference to his ties to the School Yard Crips street gang.

Blueface previously was arrested in November 2018 in California and charged with shooting at an occupied vehicle after he fired at a gas station robber. He also was arrested in February 2019 for felony gun possession after law enforcement recovered a loaded, unregistered handgun in his possession.

Rapper Blueface throws stacks of cash in the air in poor LA area

Blueface shares a three-year-old son, named Javaughn J. Porter, with his ex-girlfriend, Javaughn J. Porter.

He is currently expecting a baby with Chrisean, who is about 24 weeks into her pregnancy.

Last month, she shared a video of herself getting an ultrasound with a lengthy caption about having to ‘pray the fear away of being a mommy.’

‘I’m currently documenting with @thezeusnetwork and it’s super overwhelming because this pregnancy was planned but now he don’t see a future with me anymore,’ she wrote. ‘We both done things to each other that we lost trust so I was left with option aborting I was surprised I’m that far along that it’s no turning back from being a mommy I instantly fell in love when I saw the face and heard the heart beat.’

She went on to say that she is tackling ‘heartbreak’ and not feeling that becoming a mother will stop her from ‘making money.’
