Somebody had a genius idea to have Ray Lewis show up a the Pro Bowl this past weekend but not many players initially realized it.

Ray Lewis went undercover at the Pro Bowl to greet players as they walked in and while some of them had suspicions he may be somebody they recognized, none of them could figure it out.

The Hall of Fame linebacker donned a janitor’s outfit and a wig to greet the Pro Bowlers as they arrived.

“Ja’Marr Chase, you’re a bad boy!” Lewis called out. Chase almost caught on, laughing, “I thought that was Ray Lewis!”

He was correct but still couldn’t figure it out as he walked away.

Peyton Manning even turned around and walked back to make sure he wasn’t seeing things.

Despite his revered status in the football community, not a single individual identified him as he warmly greeted players like Tyreek Hill, CJ Stroud, Peyton Manning, and others.

David Njoku commented on Instagram that he didn’t realize it was Lewis until seeing the video. The Browns TE wrote, “Wait holl up I’m jus finding this out now.”

The NFL Pro Bowl Games on Sunday garnered a combined 3.1 rating and 5.79 million viewers across ABC, ESPN, Disney XD, and ESPN Deportes. Ratings dropped by 9%, and viewership decreased by 8% compared to the previous year, despite the introduction of a new flag football format.
