In January 2022, an anonymous woman filed a lawsuit against Chris Brown for raping her at a party in Miami, USA. The incident occurred in December 2020. The victim asked the male singer to pay 20 million dollars (507 billion VND) in compensation.

Up to now, this woman has revealed more details about the location of the incident through the documentary Chris Brown: A History of Violence. It was a party on a yacht outside Diddy’s mansion in Miami, USA. However, the victim did not make any allegations against Diddy. The woman said she had seen Diddy on the yacht, and that the tycoon was “really nice” to her.

The victim’s lawyer explained: “The yacht was moored behind Diddy’s mansion on Star Island. We believe that Diddy owns or leases this yacht. That’s why we don’t specify the type of yacht ownership.” However, a source close to the matter revealed that although the yacht was moored at Diddy’s mansion, the tycoon did not own it. In this case, Diddy was also not responsible at all.

According to the victim, she met Chris Brown on the yacht and the singer handed her wine: “I don’t remember if I saw him pouring wine, but I was drinking it when he immediately gave me another glass. I started to feel a little tired, I became heavy.” Later, Rihanna’s ex-lover took the victim to a bedroom on the yacht and raped her when she could no longer resist.

After regaining consciousness, the girl spoke to Chris Brown to clarify the matter. But after going to psychological counseling, she realized the seriousness of the incident, so she filed a lawsuit. When the case was first brought to court, Chris Brown denied and revealed the messages the victim sent him to vindicate himself. In August 2022, the lawsuit was dismissed due to insufficient evidence and lack of a lawyer to represent it.
