Simone Biles Celebrates Being an “Olympic F***ing Champion” At Dinner With Husband Jonathan Owens

elebrated her record-breaking Olympic win with a steak dinner shared with her husband, Chicago Bears football safety Jonathan Owens. The menu featured the words “Olymping F***ing Champion.”

In her Instagram Stories shared yesterday, the decorated American gymnast showcased videos of celebratory drink toasts and an image of confetti raining down with sparklers and bottle service. The pair dined at Maple & Ash, a Chicago-based steakhouse that reposted her social media images with the caption “Champions eat at Maple.”

The 2024 Paris Olympics have cemented Biles as the most decorated U.S. gymnast of all time, with a record-setting 11 medals to her name, four of which she earned at this year’s Games. She returned to the world arena after pulling out of the Tokyo Games due to a life-threatening case of the “twisties,” a dangerous phenomenon in which gymnasts lose their sense of place in the air

In Paris, Biles earned the gold in the Team, All-Around and Vault, as well as a silver in the Floor routine. With the lattermost, she became part of the first all-Black podium in a men’s or women’s gymnastics event, alongside Rebeca Andrade and Jordan Chiles (whose bronze medal is still under contention as U.S. officials plan to appeal the Olympic Committee’s decision to bequeath the prize to Romania’s Ana Bărbosu).

While celebrating the victory, Biles hasn’t ruled out competing in the 2028 Olympics, which will be held in her hometown of Los Angeles. At 27, she became the oldest U.S. Olympic gold medalist in 72 years.

“Never say never,” she told reporters at the Games. “The next Olympics is at home. So you just never know.” She added, laughing, “But I am getting really old.”
