United States women’s rugby player Ilona Maher got the Paris Olympics going in a huge way when she took to her social media accounts and posted herself in her Team USA gear.

Then, the camera would soon cut in and out as she stripped down to a USA team-inspired bikini and showed off her exceptional body.

Ilona Maher walked in a door, waved her hands, and even flipped her hair. Since it was posted, the video has garnered more than 158,000 likes.

The 27-year-old is trying to secure Gold for America’s rugby union team at the games in Paris.

Although Rugby is not one of the more popular sports, she has done a great job of bringing attention to it with her posts online.

The more popular ones left fans in stitches after comparing the Olympic Village to the Love Island villa on social media.

Maher posted a clip on TikTok alongside her Olympic teammate Naya Tapper as she first coined the term ‘villa’ to describe the athletes’ home for the next two weeks.

Maher told the camera how Tapper scored the first success and secured the Instagram account of one person in the village after ‘staring them down’ before he traded social media details with the rugby union star.

Maher later added the above video as she jokingly replied to a tweet teasing: “A hot new bombshell has just entered the village.”
