Travis Kelce went a long way to be at girlfriend Taylor Swift’s 87th Eras Tour show, flying from California to Paris. He did it because it was important to them, a source explained to Entertainment Tonight today.
The insider said, “Travis couldn’t wait to attend Taylor’s European leg of her Eras tour. He was very excited to see Taylor in action yet again, and enjoys watching her perform and singing along. He’s a very supportive partner, as is she. The two are making it a point to celebrate each other’s achievements, and show up when it matters most.”
Swift, of course, traveled regularly to attend Kelce’s games during his NFL season. She most strikingly flew from Tokyo to Las Vegas for the Super Bowl. Swift had to leave Japan almost immediately after her final Eras Tour concert to get back to the U.S. in time.
Kelce was rewarded for his travels to Paris though. On stage, Swift gave him one of her most romantic tributes. She sang one of her Tortured Poets songs rumored to be about him, “The Alchemy,” mashed up with Red’s “Treacherous” during the acoustic segment. (Entertainment Tonight reports that fans saw Kelce making heart hands during it in the audience.)

She also wore Kansas City Chiefs colors during her 1989 segment. Kelce’s Chiefs jersey number is 87 and this was her 87th show, which gave extra weight to Swift’s homage.

In January, Kelce spoke on The Pat McAfee Show about how he hopes people see their relationship now.
“It’s a beautiful thing, isn’t it?” Kelce began. “And then hopefully everyone realizes that we’re just two people in a relationship supporting each other and having fun with it, man. It’s nothing more than that as much as the world wants to paint the picture and make us the enemy, we just have fun with it. We enjoy every single bit of it. And sure enough, I love it when Taylor comes to support me and enjoys the game with the fam and friends. It’s been nothing than just a wonderful year, man.”
