Taylor Swift shared an emotional moment with Travis Kelce’s mom, Donna, on the field after seeing the Kansas City Chiefs win the AFC Championship Game and seal their spot at the Super Bowl.

Swift, 34, arrived at the game in Baltimore alongside Brittany Mahomes, the wife of Chiefs quarterback Patrick, and spent the game standing in a suite alongside Cara Delevigne and Keleigh Teller. Kelce also had several friends in the same section, including his managers, Aaron and Andre Eanes, trainer and physical therapist Alex Skacel, friend Aric Jones and former Chiefs teammate Ross Travis.

The tight end had his family in attendance too. Brother Jason, dad Ed, and mom Donna were all watching M&T Bank Stadium.

That trio also took to the field following Kansas City’s 17-10 victory over the Baltimore Ravens. Celebrations were well underway, with the team winning the Lamar Hunt Trophy for the fourth time in five seasons.

Swift also made her way down to field level, beating Ed to his son by a matter of seconds. Later, with Travis otherwise engaged with the team, she waited around with his parents while the festivities were ongoing.

Television coverage of the postgame scenes showed a close-up of Swift standing arm-in-arm while conversing with Ed as Donna took a moment to herself. However, out of the corner of her eye, she spotted Kelce’s mom visibly emotional and wiping away tears from her eyes.

After checking on Donna, she unlinked her arms with Ed and moved across to her, leaning in for a long hug. “So excited,” Donna is overhead telling Swift. “I can’t believe it! Oh my gosh!” Swift shared similar sentiments earlier in the evening when reuniting with Travis for the first time following the game.

He yelled, “NEVADA!” after spotting her on the field, the state where this year’s Super Bowl takes place. They then embraced before Travis remarked: “How about that one, huh?”

Next, Ed emerged from the crowd on the field, to which his son exclaimed: “PAPA!” before hugging him too and asking, “What’s up, big dog?” and “How ’bout it, huh?” Travis continued, remarking: “Las Vegas! Here we go, baby!” before exclaiming: “Woo!”.

Refocusing on Swift, he asks her: “What’s up, sweetie?” She leans in for another hug before commenting, “I have never seen you like that!”

Talk then swiftly turns to where Swift and Co were watching from in the stadium, with her turning around at one stage to point toward that section of the stands. “We were over there, all the way up there,” she explained before adding on the game: “That was insane, I can’t believe it!”

Despite being the reigning Super Bowl champions, the Chiefs were considered underdogs coming into Championship Weekend. But now Kelce, Mahomes and head coach Andy Reid to become three-time champions when they face the San Francisco 49ers.
