The Lions-Cowboys game ended in dramatic fashion, with a controversial flag that cost Detroit a win.

A controversial call during the Detroit Lions vs. Dallas Cowboys game on Saturday night has sparked a major debate in the sports world and it wasn’t forgotten by the following day with a full slate of NFL games to be played.

Taylor Decker was at the center of this controversy after being penalized for an “illegal touching” call that negated what would have been a game-winning two-point conversion catch.

The confusion began when Decker reported himself as eligible to head referee Brad Allen. Unfortunately, Allen informed the Cowboys of the wrong player.

On Sunday, Tony Romo brilliantly brought it up during the Chiefs vs. Bengals broadcast.

“They’re bringing in a tackle let’s see if he reports,” the broadcast said. “Seems pretty simple to me.”
