Travis Kelce‘s jersey always remains in demand because he is by far the greatest tight end to ever play in the NFL. But the 34-year-old believes the recent surge in the sale of his Kansas City Chiefs‘ merchandise isn’t down to him; rather, he gave credit to his girlfriend, Taylor Swift.
In Wednesday’s segment of New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce, Jason Kelce shared that he and his brother Travis are trending #1 in jersey sales in the UK. Yeah, that old place where, just a few weeks ago, a poll showed that the two-time Super Bowl winner wasn’t even the top-rated sports personality.

Travis rightfully pointed out that it was astonishing that they were trending across the Atlantic in the British Isles. Jason retorted,
Lotta Swifties over there in the U.K.?
Well, the Kelce brothers don’t agree on many things, but on this occasion, they were on the same page. The younger Kelce admitted that the love in his life is part of the reason that his popularity continues to grow outside of the USA.
It’s got to be. That's the only reasonable solution to all this.

Jason chimed in with his view as to why his Philadelphia Eagles shirts are doing so well. He believes there was just an honest misconception by the buyers.

I think I’m only No. 2 because I think a lot of people in the U.K. maybe just don’t watch football and they’re like, ‘Oh, I heard this [Travis] Kelce guy dates Taylor Swift,’ and they just buy my jersey by accident.
Travis picked up on the cue from his older brother and showed his gratitude to the ‘You Belong With Me‘ singer on the show. Not only that, he also put forward another theory as to why Jason’s merch is so well-liked. According to him, that’s down to the big center’s wife, Kylie Kelce.
Shout out Taylor [Swift]. [But] they’re all Kylie Kelce fans. So they’re supporting Kylie, of course.
Even though Kylie rarely comes in front of the camera, her first rodeo in the podcast got the episode more than 5.5 million views on YouTube. She became a household name after Amazon Prime made a documentary on Jason called ‘Kelce.’
