The tight end bought the 10,000-square-foot mansion, which is now estimated at $1,012,000 on real estate websites, for $995,000 in February 2019.
The kitchen features an island and wrap-around countertop with seating.
The kitchen leads into the dining area and living room, as full-length windows show the stunning views.
The home has four fireplaces with one in the living room across from the kitchen.
The master suite has a balcony and a private bathroom with a jacuzzi.
The mansion also features a wine cellar with beautiful artwork on the walls and on the ceiling.
There is also a full gym that is perfect for the athlete.
Down the stairs from the outdoor patio is a backyard featuring a massive in-ground pool and a gazebo with seating.
The home was last renovated in the fall of 2007 with Italian-style architecture, travertine tile, granite countertops, and more.
Travis bought the home amid a five-year $46 million contract extension.
FLORIDA LIVING
The NFL star also owns a modest condo in Orlando, Florida.
He purchased the $355,000 home with his mother, Donna, and brother Jason, who plays for the Philadelphia Eagles in May 2019.
The 1,434-square-foot home boasts two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The kitchen features an island, whirlpool stainless steel appliances, and wood cabinets.
There is also a wrap-around balcony to enjoy the gorgeous Florida weather.
The space is one block away from a community center with a pool and workout facility.
SWIFT ROMANCE
Taylor, 33, actually stayed overnight at Travis’ Kansas City home on Friday, October 13, TMZ reported.
Taylor first sparked dating rumors with Travis when she attended the Kansas City Chiefs vs. Chicago Bears game at Arrowhead Stadium on September 24, where she was seen bonding with his mother.
She then attended Kansas City Chiefs vs. New York Jets at Metlife Stadium on October 1, where she brought A-list friends including Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
Taylor also attended the Chiefs vs. Denver Broncos game on October 12.
The weekend of October 13, the new couple was spotted packing on the PDA while out on a date night on Saturday, where they made a stop at Saturday Night Live.
They were also photographed together on Sunday night and held hands while out to dinner in New York City.
LOVE STORY
Travis was the one to pursue Taylor, as he attended her Eras tour in July and admitted on his New Heights With Jason and Travis Kelce podcast that he tried to give her his number.
He said on an episode: “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings.
“If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it.”
Travis said on a future podcast episode after Taylor attended her first game: “I’m enjoying life and I sure as hell enjoyed this weekend… Shout out to Taylor for pulling up. That was pretty ballsy.
“I just thought it was awesome how everybody in the suite had nothing but great things to say about her, the friends and family. She looked amazing and everybody was talking about her in a great light.”
Taylor is starting the international leg of her Eras tour in Argentina on November 9.
