Travis Kelce's ex Kayla Nicole had a harsh message responding to fans for mentioning her relationship with Chiefs TE (PO)

Though Travis Kelce is now dating Taylor Swift, there’s still some discourse around his former relationship with Kayla Nicole. The two dated publicly for a few years, after which there were multiple rumors and opinions surrounding their breakup.

Kayla, who is active on social media apps, is often at the receiving end of questions about Kelce.

In a new tweet, she spoke about coffee dates, and how they are the perfect first option.

“I’m trippin or asking someone out for coffee is a great first date idea? It’s inexpensive, forces you to have conversation and allows for a quick exit if the vibes aren’t right,” Kayla wrote.

A Twitter user responded to the post, making a subtle reference to Nicole’s relationship with Travis Kelce from three years ago. They started dating in 2017, dating for five years before calling it quits in 2022.

“Life is truly humbling, no way she saying this 3 years ago lol,” the user said.

Nicole chose to respond to the user, calling them out for assuming to know her from three years ago.

“Very dense of you to think you know me or what I’ve been doing for 3 years. Get a hobby,” Nicole wrote in response.

The responses to Nicole’s tweet were mixed, some agreeing with her while some believing she has been embarrassing herself.

Earlier this year, Kayla Nicole was on Angel Reese’s podcast. The two discussed a vast variety of topics, including Nicole’s breakup with Kelce.

Per Nicole, she struggled financially after her first breakup with Kelce. They were in a long-distance relationship, and she had then assumed they would get married. Eventually, when they broke up, the lease on her house was up and so was the lease on her car.

While they did get back together after that, Nicole made a few promises to herself.

“That point moving forward, it was like, ‘I don’t care who I date, I don’t care where they are, I’m going to always have my own place. I’m going to always have my own car. I’m going to always focus on my career and support theirs but really prioritize my own goals.'”

Kayla also spoke about the hate she received after her breakup, which only increased after the TE began dating Taylor Swift in 2023.
