A Ring doorbell camera might have caught the horrifying footage
THREE people have been injured after a falling plane crashed into unsuspecting pedestrians.
The plane went down on Monday in Muncie, Indiana, injuring two victims on the ground who were walking on a local trail and leaving the pilot in critical condition, the Delaware County Sheriff’s Office confirmed.

The crash occurred at 10:26, involving a single-engine Piper aircraft, according to Delaware County Regional Airport manager Tim Baty.
As of now, it’s not clear if the pedestrians were hit directly by the plane, or from the debris from the aircraft, DCSO Chief Deputy Jeff Stanley told local Fox affiliate WXIN.
The plane was heading to Muncie airport before the accident occurred.
Both the pilot and the walkers were rushed to IU Ball Memorial after the crash.
The two walkers were treated for minor injuries, local NBC affiliate WLWT reported.
“That’s a bad day,” Stanley said. “They’re out doing some exercise, going for a walk, and the next thing you know they’re being struck by a plane. It’s very unfortunate, we’re praying for the best for everyone involved.”
Stanley explained that many people witnessed the crash, and a Ring doorbell camera might have caught the horrifying footage.
The Federal Aviation Administration assisted the Delaware County Sheriff’s Department in investigating the crash.
TRAGIC PLANE CRASH
Last week, The U.S. Sun previously reported on Simon Riggs, who died after his single-engine aircraft crashed at the Imperial War Museum airfield on March 26.
Video caught the tragic moment that Riggs Cirrus SR22 went nose-first into the field.
A witness claimed that the father of three lost control while practicing circuit landings.
After the accident occurred emergency services rushed to the scene.
An air ambulance was also seen on the airfield.

At the time, there were no other passengers on board.
A spokesperson from the Imperial War Museum Duxford spoke out about the news of the crash.
“We are sad to report that the pilot, a man in his 50s from the Bedfordshire area, did not survive the crash.
“Despite the best efforts of medical crews, he was pronounced dead at the scene.
“Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this incredibly difficult time. Cambridgeshire Police have informed next of kin, who attended the scene of the accident yesterday.”
