NFL fans are going wild after seeing a football highlight reel of Dez Bryant Jr., the son of former Dallas Cowboys star wide receiver Dez Bryant.

The elder Dez Bryant played for the Cowboys from 2017 to 2020, earning three Pro Bowl nods and First-team All-Pro honors in 2014. The Oklahoma State product helped Dallas to NFC East division crowns in 2014 and 2016.

The official @NFL X/Twitter account posted a video of Dez Bryant Jr. mirroring his old man with some slick route-running and jaw-dropping catches. Clearly, the younger Bryant has learned a lot from his old man:

Football fans were amazed by what Dez Jr. displayed in this highlight reel:

Per Brett Kollman of The Film Room, Dez Braynt Jr. is only 14 years of age. So if he decides to pursue a football career, he has all the time in the world to showcase his skill set and line up several enticing offers from top NCAA programs.

There is no shortage of second-generation NFL stars. The fathers of Christian McCaffrey (Ed McCaffrey), Michael Pittman Jr. (Michael Pittman Sr.), Joey Porter Jr. (Joey Porter), Patrick Surtain II (Patrick Surtain) and Asante Samuel Jr. (Asante Samuel Sr.) also had successful NFL careers before their sons followed the footsteps.

Dez Bryant Was A Superstar For The Dallas Cowboys

Bryant was one of the NFL’s premier offensive players during his eight-year run with the Dallas Cowboys. He racked up 531 receptions for 7,459 yards and 73 touchdowns during his run with America’s Team.

He signed with the New Orleans Saints late in the 2018 season with an eye on a Super Bowl ring, but unfortunately suffered a torn Achilles before ever taking a snap with them. After taking 2019 off to recover from the injury, Bryant joined the Baltimore Ravens in his final NFL season. He caught six passes for 47 yards and two touchdowns.
