Nicole, the ex-girlfriend of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, is known for her remarkable figure. While the game is to be sold and not told, she was dishing out secrets for free on Monday, letting her followers in on her rump-building routine.

“That shelf isn’t gonna build itself! 🍑,” she advised. “Try two rounds of this 2 minute glute finisher on your next leg day!”

It appears users were sold, with just about all of them seemingly excited to give it a try.

“The squat rotation is wild! Excited to try it,” one wrote.

“Trying that along with the fit 😍,” said another.

“I am going to do this today in Sauna!!!” a fourth declared.

We might see an influx of shapely women popping up soon enough, and Kayla Nicole will be the one to thank for it.

Kayla Nicole Had To Warn Folks To Leave Her Alone Recently

Nicole has experienced some difficulty since Kelce began dating Taylor Swift as she fielded rife criticism online.

She had to ask to be left alone back in April.

“I’m unproblematic. Mind my business.  Never respond to the constant vitriol. Solid as they come & don’t expect a pat on the back for it either. Just know everyone has a breaking point & would love for “yall” (because you know exactly who you are) to leave me alone,” she tweeted.

The video above does not show any breaking points, so we’ll just have to take her word for it.
