It is made by American RV company, Anderson Mobile Estates. Smith’s motorhome was the first high-budget RV made by the company. The motorhome was earlier named The Studio. Will Smith later got it customized and named it The Heat. It is a two-story, 22-wheel RV that offers luxurious amenities like $125,000 worth of tech and gadgets, including 14 TVs, $30,000 of leather on the couches and ceiling, and $200,000 of granite countertops. The complete cost of the RV is $2.5 million.
Designer of the motorhome, Mackenzie Anderson, explained in the HGTV Celebrity Motor Homes segment that Anderson Mobile Estates was the first company to make the roof expand. There is a feature of eight pistons for pushing out the roof, which would raise it to 42 inches. On the second level, there is a 30-person screening room with automatic shades and a 100-inch drop-down screen. The screening room also doubles as an office for the star. There is a full kitchen downstairs with a dining room and a lounge. There is also a secondary lounge that serves as a wardrobe for the star.
There is a lavish bathroom that costs $25,000 and extends up to the full width of the trailer. It includes a sauna shower and a separate dry toilet with a glass door that becomes opaque with a button touch. There are doors that are automatic, which are called Star Trek doors. In total, the 55-foot The Heat provides a 1,200 square feet of living space for the occupants.
