Travis Kelce and Andy Reid have always had an interesting relationship. Neither the Kansas City Chiefs coach nor the tight end is afraid to push the other’s buttons. In December 2020, Kelce revealed that he wasn’t a fan of a play that Andy Reid created and named “Catching Kelce”. The name was a nod to the dating reality show that Travis Kelce starred in 2016.
When Travis Kelce expressed his dislike for the name of the play on the “Green Light with Chris Long” podcast in December 2020. He also joked that head coach Andy Reid knew he wouldn’t like the moniker.

Travis Kelce said that he and Patrick Mahomes aren’t on the same page
Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce and quarterback Patrick Mahomes have won three Super Bowl titles together. Kelce has been one of the most reliable targets for Mahomes through the building of this current NFL dynasty.
This season though, as the Kansas City Chiefs look to become the first NFL team to win three straight Super Bowls, their on-field chemistry is missing. Kelce admitted on the Dec. 4 episode of the “New Heights” podcast that his lack of production this season is due to them “not being on the same page”.
“And right now I just, for whatever reason this year, I just can’t find my way in the end zone. I’m just not on the same page as Pat. And it can get frustrating. It can get f*****g frustrating, that’s for damn sure,” Kelce said on the “New Heights” podcast.
